strange, ive had eczema as a kid a long time ago but never re-occurred, wondering what alternative to powdered protein shakes there are etc
btw, im about 13stone and 7pounds, started at 14stone 2, and im about 5'9-5'10ish, i want to get down to about the 12 stone mark before anything really
so ive started skipping (intense intervals) and also working with a 12kg kettlebell
keeping intensity levels up etc
my diet jus sucks though, bowl of krave cereal in the morning, half a sandwich at 12 (wholemeal) the other half at 1, a banana at 2, lunch at 4, then workout at 7 and drink some milk and go sleep, but i want to really lose my stomach fat as that is where it all is right now
