I have two cats. Their names are Garfield and Sable. Garfield is a large orange tabby house cat. Sable is a dwarf tuxedo cat. They each have their own personalities, and they are both almost human.
???? Garfield is a large orange tabby house cat. He was born in April of 2006 and unlike his cartoon counterpart, he hates lasagna. He loves ramen noodles though. I had trained Garfield to play fetch and sit on command. Originally, when Garfield and I first met, I had wanted nothing to do with him. I had recently come back up to New York from a horrible experience in Florida and I was completely numb. The last thing I had any interest in was a pet cat. Garfield persisted in his devotion and friendship towards me however, and it wasn?t long until I had accepted him as my pet and friend. Garfield had taught me a good deal of things. Through my love for this cat, I had learned to love myself again. He succeeded in healing me both spiritually and emotionally. I relearned trust too.
Sable is a dwarf tuxedo cat. She was born in October of 2009. Sabel was abandoned in a parking lot. One of my brothers felt sympathy for her and took the cat as his own. However, he had to move and couldn?t take Sable with him.So, I had adopted Sable. She is a very energetic and playful cat. She?s also a bit of a ninja, and sometimes you won?t know where she is. Sable gets along with Garfield really well. They wrestle each other and they have even played soccer together, with a piece of paper rolled up into a ball. Sable is like a mini alarm clock that travels. If you are still sleeping in daylight, she?ll pounce you on you to wake you up. She loves to be cuddled but, she always wants to play. She can be territorial at times, but she and Garfield are like best buddies.?
???? I love my two cats. Garfield and Sable are both one of a kind. They each have nicknames but that is best to be kept in the family. They are amazing pets.
