Go Kart chassis tuning for Dirt Oval Racing

This is a basic guide on some of the changes that you can do on the track to try to vote in the chassis. All these changes should only be used after your basic set-up, which includes the end feet, stagger, fall and have weight. This basic set-up adjustments can be made during the week at home. The manufacturer of the chassis set-up should be a starting point. Over time, this point can vary depending on what is best for your driving style,different routes and different track conditions.

If you loose the element

1.Reduce air RR

2.Change to a lower LF

3rd Change a longer RF

4.Decrease LF camber

5.Add Cross Weight

Front weight 6.Decrease

Rear 7.Decrease stumble

If loose on exit

1.Increase RF camber

2.Change for a softer tire on LR

3rd Move LR

4th Weight gain cross

Rear 5.Decrease stumble

If the frameHe presses the point

1.Change for a softer tire RF

2nd For a larger LF

3rd Increase rear stagger

4th Lower air pressure RF

5th LF camber increases

6.Move LR off

When pressed to stop chassis

1st Acceptance RF camber

2nd Reducing the weight of the Cross

3rd Move out of LR

4th Change to a harder tire on LR

5th Increase rear stagger

6th Cut down on stagger

7th Weight gain before

If the frameBinding

1st Increase front and rear stagger

2nd Spend more tires

3rd Increase air pressure

4th Decrease cross weight

5th Weight gain back

6th Move from RR

4-wheel drift

1st Lower air pressure

2nd Move RR

3rd Switch to softer tires

4th Decrease weight to the left

5th VCG lift (seat height)
