Taiwanese electronics major Asus on Thursday launched in India the Transformer Book TX300CA, which is claimed to be the world's thinnest Windows 8 hybrid notebook with a detachable display.
The ASUS Transformer Book sports a 13.3-inch full HD IPS multi-touch display panel with 178-degree wide viewing angles and runs on Windows 8 Pro powered by the third generation Intel? CoreTM i5 processor.
The device houses a 720p HD webcam on the front and a 5-megapixel camera on rear side. Another striking feature of the device is that it comes with ASUS SonicMaster audio with Bang & Olufsen ICEpower? for giving users an incredible audio experience.
In terms of storage, the Transformer Book comes with separate 500GB high-capacity hard drive on notebook and 128GB ultra-fast SSD on tablet mode.
Asus has confirmed that the Transformer Book TX300CA will be made available in the Indian market by the second week of July.
