We have just updated the Stock Status pages and the Sony RX1 is marked in-stock for $2800 at B&H Photo with free overnight shipping and at Adorama with free 2nd-day shipping. Amazon by Amazon itself now has a Dec-22-2012 estimate. At Amazon, you must select free 1-day shipping in your shopping cart, and the price of the free overnight shipping will be automatically deducted at the top right corner of the Amazon Checkout page.
